Make our mini gilda martini at home.
2 engraved Rita's martini glasses,
2 cocktail skewers
2 pre made Mini Martini's
a bottle of our 'Hot Water Chile Oil' 
 
To make the gildas you will need in addition:
Seedless green olives 
Blue cheese 
Anchovy
Fresh jalapeno
 
Instructions: 
Chill the martini and the glasses beforehand
Pipe or spoon blue cheese into the olive and slide onto the cocktail skewer
follow with a folded anchovy and a small slice of raw jalapeno
Drizzle lightly with chile oil
 
Pour martini into the glasses
Place jalapeno popper gildas on the top of the glass.
